Instructors
What remains most important to Italian for Toddlers and The Carousel of Languages is the instructors' passion for their native language and their ability to communicate that enthusiasm with their love for children.
Monica Rossi-Miller, our program director a native of Italy, is Program Director at both Italian for Toddlers, Inc. and The Carousel of Languages. She is a former college professor with fifteen years experience teaching Italian language, literature, cinema and culture at Vassar College and The College of New Jersey. Monica holds a PhD in English and German from the University of Bologna, Italy; a Master of Arts in Italian from The University of Washington, Seattle; and a Master of Philosophy in Italian from New York University, New York.
Continual consultation with early childhood educators, linguists and music specialists enables our programs to maintain the highest standards in keeping with the most recent research on music, language development and educational methodology.
