Policy
TUITION
Payment is due upon registration. The full payment of $495.00 confirms your child's placement in the program. Italian for Toddlers offers 10% off a full sibling registration ($940.50 for two children). Private instruction is available at the rate of $650.00 per 12 1-hour sessions.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
Please call 24 hours in advance if your child will not be attending class. Classes are deliberately kept small, and each child's presence is important to the balance of the group.
Italian for Toddlers allows 2 make-up classes per session. Make-up classes must be completed during the current session and will not carry over to the following session. Please call in advance to schedule a make-up class.
PARENT PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY
A parent or caregiver must attend and is responsible for the well being of his or her child while in class. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in the learning process by joining in the class activities and songs, and reinforcing the lessons at home. We request that you step out of the classroom with your child if he or she becomes disruptive, and re-enter when the child is calm.
WITHDRAWL / REFUND
If you register, but choose to withdraw before commencing classes, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 registration fee. In the unlikely event that you should need to withdraw after the session has begun, we offer a refund of 50% of the balance of remaining classes reimbursed at the end of the session.
